Preparing your own fossils has become increasingly popular with collectors and enthusiasts. This fossil preparation box contains a variety of genuine unprepared fossils collected from the beaches around Whitby on the famous Yorkshire Coast. You will receive the exact fossils in this picture. 

Each box includes a mix of natural fossil material from the Jurassic cliffs of Whitby, dating back approximately 180–200 million years. Possible fossils may include ammonites, shells, belemnites, and other marine fossils waiting to be revealed.

Please note that these fossils require fossil preparation tools, most commonly air tools (air scribes), to carefully remove the surrounding rock and expose the fossil inside. This makes them ideal for collectors who enjoy preparing their own fossils and revealing specimens hidden within the rock.
