Returns Policy
We have a 14 day return policy. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your parcel, if you need to return. Unfortunately we cannot offer this for unopened nodules or gift vouchers
Items returned must be in the same condition and packaging as they were dispatched. The buyer is responsible to pay for the return postage. When applicable a refund will be given once the item is returned and has been fully checked. All Postage Costs will not be refunded. If any items are returned back to us due to none delivery or none collection an additional postage charge will be required.

BuyAFossil.com is not responsible if the customer drops and/or damages their item(s). If your item arrives damaged, you have 24 hours to contact us from the time the tracking shows the package is delivered.
When filling out at check out you must include your FULL address, don't forget your house/apt/unit/etc.
