We have a 14 day return policy. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your parcel, if you need to return. Unfortunately we cannot offer this for unopened nodules or gift vouchers
Items returned must be in the same condition and packaging as they were dispatched. The buyer is responsible to pay for the return postage.

BuyAFossil.com is not responsible if the customer drops and/or damages their item(s). If your item arrives damaged, you have 24 hours to contact us from the time the tracking shows the package is delivered.
When filling out at check out you must include your FULL address, don't forget your house/apt/unit/etc.
BuyAFossil.com is not responsible for insufficient addresses submitted by the consumer.
BuyAFossil.com is not responsible for any allergies or injuries of ANY KIND.
Please note the colour of the fossil you receive may differ slightly due to the lighting at the time of photo.
