Please note, these are only the advised dates and not guaranteed. They always say, to place your order early and avoid the rush.

In most cases we dispatch next day. Although please allow up to 3 working days in busy time periods. Heavier orders that require a courier to be booked may take longer.

Our fossils within the UK are shipped out using Royal Mail Tracked 24 under 2kg. UK Orders over £100 qualify for free shipping.

All other countries delivery prices are calculated at checkout depending on the location. International deliveries will be sent out using Royal Mail International Tracked and some countries will be given the option of Economy where available, this does not come with tracking and does usually take reasonably longer.

• Europe 3-5 business days
• Rest of World 6-7 business days

For overseas orders outside the UK, the customer is responsible for any Duty, Customs or Clearance fees. Failure to pay such fees may result in either the parcel being returned or destroyed by local customs. In such cases, we are not able to refund the cost of either the goods or shipping.
