Rare Triple Dactylioceras Ammonite Fossil – Expertly Cleaned – Whitby Yorkshire Coast Jurassic
Couldn't load pickup availability
This rare specimen contains three beautifully preserved Dactylioceras ammonites, expertly prepared to reveal the fine ribbing and classic spiral shape of the fossils. The piece was discovered on the famous Yorkshire Coast near Whitby, one of the most important Jurassic fossil locations in the United Kingdom.
These ammonites lived around 180 million years ago during the Early Jurassic period and are among the most recognisable fossils from the Yorkshire shoreline. Multi-ammonite specimens such as this are much less common, making it an exceptional display fossil for collectors interested in Whitby ammonites and Jurassic fossils from the Yorkshire Coast.
