Polished Belemnite Battlefield Fossil from the Yorkshire Coast

A super nice cut and polished belemnite battlefield fossil featuring multiple belemnite guards preserved together in the rock.

Belemnites were squid like marine animals that lived around 180 million years ago during the Jurassic period. Finding multiple guards preserved together makes these fossils particularly interesting to collect.
